Return policy
Please be aware that for my artprints returns are not accepted and are non refundable because of custom printing and limited editions.
The prints are packed with a lot of care, but if by any change something went wrong, please let me know through e-mail, to see what I can do. artstudiomoniqueroodenburg@gmail.com
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A refund will be issued as soon as your returnable item arrives at my studio and we confirm it is damage-free. If necessary return shipping fees will be paid by the buyer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and see if I can make it right. Be aware that orders that are damaged by opening the package with sharp items can not be returned or refunded!
non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like artprints, postcards, digital products such as workshops, masterclasses, courses, giftcards ) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The non returnable items are excluded for exchange. The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If neccesairy return shipping fees will be paid by the collector.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
